The Draft

The Draft takes place each year prior to the start of the MLB season. Each team is allowed to keep up to 8 players from the previous year, as long as their combined salaries do not exceed 130. The draft is conducted using the remaining players. Salaries are assigned based on a sliding scale, as seen here.

Rules of the Game

The BABA regular season consists of two periods of Total Fantasy Points competition (one 9-wk period, then one 10-wk period). This is followed by a six-week playoff between the top teams for the BABA World Championship. Detailed scoring and roster limits can be found here.
