Transactions
Trades may be made at any time.
There is a trade deadline of July 30th at the Sportsline lineup deadline.
No trades can be made after that time, until the end of the season.
Adds and drops are handled by a waivers process.
Eligibility
Players must have 20 games played last year or 10 games played this year at
a position to qualify.
A player that does not meet that eligibility will qualify only at a Sportsline
"primary position".
Any player can be placed at the DH position regardless of games played.
Fees
Draft
The draft commences on Sunday, March 30th at 8:00pm ET. There will be 16 rounds,
with a limit of 45 seconds per pick.
